We retain ownership of the critical infrastructure that serves every asset we develop — gas meters, fiber meet-me points, rail connections. These are permanent toll assets that generate income regardless of who occupies the land above.

Lease. Never Sell.

Our ground lease model ensures that every asset we develop reverts to TAMA at lease expiration — fully built, fully improved, ready to re-lease at higher market rates. The land is never gone.

We structure every transaction to protect permanent ownership rights before we move on price or timing. A well-structured deal at fair value outperforms a fast deal at a premium every time.
